How do I return an item?
We would be happy to accept returns in case you're unsatisfied with the purchase.
Please email at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions via email how to return the item. Please arrange to return within 14 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. The customer pays for the return postage. We recommend the returned item to be on SIGNED FOR delivery and the customer should keep the postage receipt until they receive the refund from us.
Once we are in receipt of your returned item, the refund process will be initiated and a refund is normally processed the next working day. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. It can then take up to 3 working days for the funds to appear in your credit card or bank account, and a few days to show in your Pay Pal account so do allow up to a week from the date you return your item for funds to be credited back to your account.
